My photo journal


I have come to the realization that a picture is worth a thousand words.
I was reading a magazine and came across this article a woman wrote about weight loss. I always navigate to the before and after stories! I love to see what they look like in the after pictures, to me I think every time I see the picture, wow, that can be me! I read what they say and feel how they feel, well should I say I know how they feel in their before picture. I want to feel what it feels like to get to that place where I can say I hit my goal.
Now how do I get there, this is where I'm lost. So with that said, I will take what I learned from all these magazines, online sites, etc, and use it to get to my goal.
 In one of those many articles, I read about a photo journal. I love that idea! I want to see what others see. I know when you get stuck you need a good shake, well seeing me plump like a tic is a big eye opener. So here goes I'm putting it out there for the whole world to see, but most of all, so I can see :)
I will post a pic every 10 pounds lost. So I should have 6 pics posted by end of this year!

O how hard this was to over come the fear of getting a pic in your bathing suit, but how can you see progress if you always hide behind clothes? So for the rest of my pics I will be in a bathing suit, this will keep me accountable :)



Feb 2015 still in the 170's ugh but my legs are getting smooth with definition so i will take it :)
Got to remember muscle weighs more than fat!
